us. TILT is operated by TILT ENERGY AUS PTY LTD ABN:25 641 642 700 ("we", "us", "our").
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering and pricing

- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated
  otherwise.
- We may change prices, products, and promotions at any time.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. If we
  can't fulfil an order, we'll let you know and refund any payment.
- We try to keep product information and pricing accurate, but errors can happen.
  If we discover an error in the price or description of an item you've ordered,
  we'll contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or
  cancel for a full refund.

Subscriptions

By starting a subscription, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a
recurring basis at the frequency you select. You can manage, pause, or cancel
your subscription at any time — see our Cancellations policy. Recurring pricing
and cadence are shown at checkout before you subscribe.

Product information and health

TILT is a formulated caffeinated beverage containing 106mg of caffeine per can.

- Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people
  sensitive to caffeine.
- Consume in moderation as part of a balanced diet.
- If you have a medical condition or take medication, check with your health
  professional before consuming.

Statements about functional ingredients are general in nature and are not a
substitute for professional medical advice. TILT is not intended to diagnose,
treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual responses to functional
ingredients vary.

Your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights you have under the
Australian Consumer Law, our liability arising from your use of our website or
products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We're not
liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You agree not to use our website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or
to attempt unauthorised access. Content on our website — including our brand,
logos, text, and images — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be used
without our permission.

Governing law
