1. Who runs it
The promoter is TILT ENERGY AUS PTY LTD, ABN 25 641 622 700, 18 Willow Tree Drive, Kewdale WA 6105 ("Tilt", "we", "us"). Questions: admin@tiltenergy.com.au.
2. When it runs
Entries open at 12:00am AWST on 12 October 2026 and close at 11:59pm AWST on 30 September 2027 (the "promotion period"). There are 12 monthly draws in total, one for each calendar month from October 2026 to September 2027. We may close entries early by posting a notice on this page. If we do, any month already entered is still drawn.
3. Who can enter
Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our employees and contractors, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the draw can't enter.
4. How to enter
Enter your email address in the free slab draw sign-up box on tiltenergy.com.au during the promotion period. Entry is free. You don't need to buy anything. One entry per person per calendar month. Extra entries with the same or a different email address from the same person don't count, and we may exclude entries we reasonably believe are fake, automated or made in breach of these terms.
Entering signs you up to Tilt marketing emails. If you also give us your mobile number, it signs you up to Tilt texts. You can unsubscribe at any time, and it won't affect an entry you've already made.
5. Which draw your entry is in
Your entry goes into the draw for the calendar month you entered in (AWST). It doesn't carry over into later months. You can enter again in a later month.
6. The prize
Each month there is one prize: one 24-can slab of Tilt Energy Drink (330ml cans) in the winner's choice of available flavour, delivered free to an address in Australia. Prize value: $144 (RRP, including GST). Total prize pool across all 12 draws: up to $1,728 (including GST). The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. If a flavour isn't available, we'll offer another flavour of equal value.
7. The draw
Each month's draw takes place at 10:00am AWST on the first business day of the following month, at 18 Willow Tree Drive, Kewdale WA 6105. The first draw is on 2 November 2026 and the last is on 1 October 2027. The winner is chosen by random computer selection from all valid entries for that month, so every valid entry has an equal chance. We keep a record of every draw and its winner for at least 3 years. If there are no valid entries in a month, there's no draw for that month.
8. Telling the winner and claiming the prize
We contact the winner by email (and by text if they gave us a mobile number) within 2 business days of the draw. To claim, the winner must reply within 14 days with a delivery address in Australia and their flavour choice. We may ask for proof of age and identity. We deliver the prize within 28 days of a valid claim.
9. Unclaimed prizes
If a prize isn't claimed within 14 days, we redraw it at 10:00am AWST on the next business day at the same place, and contact the new winner the same way.
10. Winners list
We publish each winner's first name, last initial and state on this page within 7 days of their draw.
11. Your details
We collect your details to run the draw and to send you Tilt marketing, as set out in clause 4. We handle them under our Privacy Policy. We don't sell them.
12. The fine print
Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We can change these terms only where the law allows, and we'll post any change on this page. If anything outside our reasonable control stops the draw running fairly, we may change or cancel it, subject to any directions from a relevant state or territory regulator.
13. The product
Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or individuals sensitive to caffeine. Consume no more than 1 can per day.
